Sienna  Villas is strategically located in the heart of Seminyak, in walking distance to the area's most popular restaurants and nightlife and the beach. Although it's just 100 metres off the main drag, behind private gates it is a world away. birds chirp in expansive gardens surrounding the pool. Otherwise it's the sound of silence.

Every detail of the villas was innovatively designed by a dedicated team combining Egyptian, Tunisian and Balinese elements to cater exclusively to the comfort, ease and peace of mind of our guest.

Sienna Luxury Villas consist of the Puri Sienna - a four bedroom villa complex and Sienna Villas - 4 separate, 3 bedroom villas.
Puri Sienna Villa features 4 master bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, laid out on a tranquil 2000 square meter oasis featuring two pools.
Sienna Villas feature 3 bedrooms which have recently been completed in a Mediterranean style. The villas are all 2-storey solid brick villas with private pools and are operated on a 5-star basis.

Services & Facilities

Sienna Villas has a team of professional staff on hand. A full-time cook can arrange dinner for in-house guests with 24-hour notice. Our guests find great F&B saving. With the nearby supermarket they can do their own cooking, stock the mini bars with their owns selection or send the staff shopping at cost plus service charge

Other services such as a personal chauffeur or your very own masseuse to soothe all your worries away can all be arranged. Sample food and beverage menus can be provided as well as as guest Preference Sheets. Request forms will also be provided for any special items or amenities - some of which may attract an additional cost.
Both Puri Sienna and Sienna Villas are fully serviced  with 24 hour security.

The Villa owner has designed and built the bedrooms apart from each other to offer maximum privacy and exquisite outlook onto the beautiful pools and grounds.
One Master Bedroom is located above the main house and the other three Master Bedrooms are in the form of bungalows situated within the villa grounds. Between two of the Master Bedrooms, there is a small lounge room over looking the second swimming pool with Satellite TV, full sound system, video player.

The luxury bedrooms all include

• Two three quarter beds can be made available in TV room adjacent to two of the master bedrooms, adequate for either two children or two adults. This room is air-conditioned.

We are proud to introduce the latest addition to the luxury Sienna Villas in Seminyak. Four, 3-bedroom villas have recently been completed in a Mediterranean style. The villas are all 2-storey solid brick villas with private pools and are operated on a 5-star basis.

An upstairs daybed and the couches downstairs can be made into beds for additional adult guests A downstairs bathroom complete with shower can service additional guests as well as the pool/entertaining area.

Living / Entertaining Areas

Upon entering your villa, the view through the living area through to the sparkling green pool will take your breath away.

Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining setting for 8, stereo, VCD player and Satellite TV. The living area opens onto a wooden deck surrounding the emerald green pool. Sun beds surround the pool as well as a casual dining setting for 6. A downstairs powder room complete with shower, services the pool and extra guests.
